Customer service was a 100/10 the owners I assume were husband and wife were so kind !! I called ahead to ask if I could come in even tho they closed in 30 minutes. The husband didn’t hesitate and told me it was no problem. As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly and was immediately sat at the wash bowl. The overall experience getting my hair done was amazing the wife took such good care of me and my hair it came out exactly like I wanted I was even offered coffee while I was getting serviced and the husband even offered me their personal charger when I mentioned my phone battery was low. I had an amazing experience at this salon on Saturday and highly recommend it! They did a beautiful job on my daughter’s haircut and blowout—she looked absolutely stunning when we left. Cindy, the owner, also did my hair and I couldn’t be happier. She did an incredible job with both the color and cut, and I left feeling refreshed and confident. The entire staff was so kind, welcoming, and courteous from the moment we walked in. They even served us coffee and made us feel completely at home, which added such a warm personal touch to the experience. One of the best beauty salon I ever stepped foot into ! Not everyone knows how to deal with thick coarse African hair. I was so happy with the results. Service was quick I didn’t have to wait forever like some of these other salons. The hair stylists are so friendly. Muchas gracias ?.
