12/11/202Have used the store on Broadway since they opened. Always had a positive experience until today.Have an appointment for this Saturday. Just received a phone call cancelling my appointment that was made weeks ago. Said store is closing and I can make appointment in Yonkers.Called Yonkers and can't get appointment before January. Not happy.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went on 11/1 for an appointment to get fitted for contacts, from the beginning the front desk was rude after I told her 3 times I was there for an appointment and where should I sign in. I let the doctor know I had already been seen for glasses but needed contacts. From the exam room I could hear the staff being super loud and obnoxious and I couldn’t hear the doctor speak. I was told to sit and wait but I waited for 30 mins and nobody came to assist me. Time is money nowadays and waiting for 30 mins was a complete waste of time. No body here knows what they're doing. I ordered a replacement set of glasses and spoke with the manager Louie who gave me false information. A week of going back and forth with Davis vision works and my insurance and now when you try and call the store they re route your call to a "call center" that does not answer the phone at all no matter your response to there automated phone service.
