We have been a member of Cottam Heating & Air Conditioning (Cottam) since approximately 2013. Since that time all that was needed was regular HVAC system maintenance done twice a year. Subsequently, this year we needed to replace our AC and Tom and George were the technicians sent to us. They did a great job of installing our new AC system. They were very professional in that they showed up as scheduled time, were pleasant, cleaned up any mess that occurred during installation, and asked if I needed removing the big vase that decorated the hallway where they needed work. Finding a company you can truly trust is rare, which is why I've continued to use Cottam for years. My general contractor referred me to Cottam, and I was very pleased with the service. Blake Cottam came to evaluate the house and to discuss the options with me: knowledgeable, personable, and reasonable with my naive questions about the systems we were considering.
