Mohammed provided excellent customer service—very attentive, informative, and thorough throughout my visit. He clearly explained each step of the process and the reasoning behind his recommendations, which helped me feel reassured about my injury from the fall. He made sure I understood why an X-ray was necessary to confirm everything was okay and even referred me to a nearby location for the X-ray. Overall, I felt well taken care of and appreciate his professionalism and support.
Great service all around, from front desk, the assistant as well as the doctor. Got evaluated, informed and prescribed meds. I was in and out in under an hour during rush hour on a Friday. 10/10
I had a very positive experience at CityMD. Upon arrival, I was greeted professionally by the front desk representative, who politely collected my information and was very helpful throughout the check-in process. After completing my paperwork, I was asked to have a seat and was informed that the wait time to see the doctor would be short, which I appreciated.
When I was brought into the exam room, the nurse assistant was very pleasant and engaged in a thoughtful conversation to understand my symptoms before the doctor arrived. She ensured everything was properly documented, which I found to be very professional.
