The big problem here is they take way too long to get work done. I dropped off on a Monday at 8 am and didn't hear from them until Thursday at lunch just to hear what the repairs would be. Then I didn't get it back until the following Wednesday morning for what was really just a minor repair/replacement in the turbo.
You can't reach them by phone because their phones literally don't work (service department claims they have no idea about this but it was like this for at least a week) and they never call you back. Superb service beyond expectations. Had to bring in my 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid SUV to be serviced. From the moment I arrive, the staff was helpful, courteous and professional. I was greeted by Gjenete who reassured me, she will personally attend to my service needs to a satisfactory outcome. She did just that and more! Her professionalism, communication and courtesies extended during the repair exemplify the excellence Ford upholds. The mechanics and technicians were helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. UPDATE: The dealership apologized and sent me a check for some of the extra interest that had accrued because of the lenders illegal practices. They have also promised to NEVER use Valley Bank again.
