Patients praise the clinic's kind and efficient staff, including the front desk, nurses, and doctors. This place is clean and has a state-of-the-art clinic. The staff are professional and polite. Patients could not be happier with the quality of care this location provides and feel cared for and valued. The clinic has also been commended for its responsiveness and helpfulness.
I’ve been receiving care at Callen-Lorde and seeing Mark Deguzman as my PCP, and I can’t recommend them enough. Mark is amazing—always supportive, attentive, and affirming. He goes above and beyond to make me feel heard and respected, and his care has truly made an unbelievable difference in my life. Izzy has also been incredible—helpful, kind, and always there to support me. The whole team at Callen-Lorde is professional, welcoming, and inclusive. If you’re looking for compassionate, affirming healthcare, this is the place.

Colton McCance, he explained everything he made me feel comfortable awesome person. Thank you again.
This place is clean and has a state-of-the-art clinic. The staff are professional and polite. I've visited here a few times and have no complaints. I highly recommend LGBTQ+ and straight going to this clinic for medical care.
