I engaged Ron Brown to prepare my 2020 tax returns. The return was done with a $10,000 mistake that even he admitted he was totally responsible for. At that point he agreed to send in an amended return but I never received confirmation that he in fact did so. Nor did i ever even receive a copy of said return. I called many many times but the office never picked up when they saw and recognized my number so i was never able to get through to them and to this day I still do not have any confirmation that the return was actually prepared and filed. I have been using Ron Klein Associate since 1987 for 33 years and I have been watched his business grow from a one person organization to the amazing staff you see today. I have recommended all my family and friends to RCA and their has not been one person who is dissatisfied. They are courteous, proficient, and professional.
