One of the main problems people come to expect a miracle the first thing first, you have to be willing to help yourself you use your resources that are given to you and you put into work their other clients beside yourself and you can’t be lazy. I went here for help and my voucher was terminated. I emailed my worker... no answer I call she claims I'm waiting for proof of income which I sent her over a month ago n she confirmed she got it. Now my voucher has been terminated she's known since April and said nothing.Update we are in August my case is finally getting somewhere.... its alot no one should have to go through this much 16th st is really dragging their feet I'm in court now for money I don't owe. But with time this all will get resolved just don't hope things will be fixed keep going to the offices and having them pull your case up and check on it or you will be forgotten. Will be going to the Jackson Avenue office tomorrow. Hopefully, I'll receive the assistance that I need without having to pull teeth. Or enduring any unnecessary drama.

The Jackson Avenue office has given me a run around. People must be lined up in front of the building before 7:30 am. First come first served. Worker required me to provide certain docs that only my program director can provide, which in itself is a problem. They provide services mostly to a certain ethnic population, which is a major complaint among clients. It's always one hassle or requirement after another. Good luck if you're an American POC in need of services.
