Terrible facility to send anyone you care about. The directors love to point fingers but they’re who you need to actually speak with. This facility only cares for the money, not the treatment of anyone. If you ask for the Chief of Nursing, they will say they don’t know. Her name is Erica Dusseldorp.
This is one of thee most unprofessional facilities I have ever encountered. From the phone operator to the doctors are extremely rude, very unprofessional, everyone has an attitude they are not informative or helpful. When you do call they act like your bothering them, The 8th floor is the worst you can’t even understand what there saying because of there accents but then there rude, they yell tell you they don’t care. I’ve actually had to call the state on this place.
Hospital is unorganized , confusing and the front desk workers are very disrespectful. I had a 1week calling asking for my results ,send me mails & nobody got back to me I had to go personally down there and wait almost an hour for my results. Never going back!!!
