Bella Flower Shop provided exceptional service from start to finish. From the very first phone call, they were courteous, compassionate, and attentive. Their recommendations for the casket spray and standing sprays were spot on—fresh, beautiful, tasteful, and exactly what the family hoped for. Delivery and setup were on time and exactly as promised, which brought great peace of mind on such an important day. Chose this florist from across the country to deliver birthday flowers and balloons to our daughter and they did not disappoint! The flowers were beautiful and delivered when they were promised! She loved them! Would recommend!
I used this florist for the first time in 2022 when my brother passed away. Their arrangements are phenomenal. The attention to detail is outstanding. When my friends mom passed away, recently, I decided to use them again. They again did not disappoint. The delivery was on time as requested. I put instructions for them to call her before attempting delivery to make sure she was home, and they did that. I also got a call from them after delivery to tell me the flowers had been delivered. The customer care is top level. If you need flowers for any occasion, I highly recommend this florist.
