I arrived early and couldn’t even walk in. The women in the back were too deep into their conversation to notice a client at the door. Their buzzer is broken and you can’t walk in unless they buzz you in.

Come at your own risk for a haircut. The salon looks pleasing to the eye that cannot be denied. That is simply the only thing I can say that is good. I don’t know about their other services but haircuts here are a nightmare. The first red flag is there’s no certificate to prove they are professions .The second red flag is how their scissors were dull and brought out these paper cutting scissors. The problem with this is why do they have one pair of scissors and why did they think it was ok to use paper cutting scissors as if it’s ok? Nothing was said since part of the hair was already cut. Third red flag is she didn’t know what layers were. She cut my hair making the back shorter and the front longer in a semi circle. Fourth red flag is that she blew dry my hair and the blow drying had a huge white tape. 5th red flag was she picked up the hair on the floor with her hands. I should have left as soon as I saw the first one. Never coming back.

I have been coming here for almost 10 years but now I am
permanently removing myself.
The place hired new hairdressers during the pandemic and sheeeesh. If u want to feel peace do not come here. Altagracia cut my hair and it wasn’t at all how I wanted it. I wasn’t happy with the result.
I asked for length but to remove weight and instead she cut it in short layers which made my hair more heavy since I have a lot of hair. I switched over to Juana and all she does is be more attentive to her cell phone instead of the client! That sets my time back even further. It’s a very unprofessional place. They also don’t have prices listed anywhere in the salon or online. Even if you have to spend more money ,
Go elsewhere! Nothing but negative vibes!

I went here two times. One in 2020 and 2021 and both experience was nice. The stylists are attentive and did what I asked them as far as a pixie cut and they did a great job. I have no complaints. I am planning to come back again soon and bring a friend.

I have been a loyal client of this salon since 2018. The service is excellent and the hair stylists are experienced. I consulted with the hair colorist loved my highlights.
The salon offers wine, coffee, water and tea to its clients and the owner provides amazing customer service. It is decorated beautifully, elegant and sophisticated.
