First off let me just start out by saying that there are only a one or two good nail techs and one good eyebrow lady in this place. I arrived early because I know the wait time is ridiculous. The nail lady I had today started off gluing her arm rest with acrylic and her acrylic brush that she used to do my nails (it was cleaned before use) then she mixed in new powder into her bowl with the opposite end of her pen. Unsanitary. She was very rough with her machines on my nails and had cut one of my fingers with her machine. I felt as though it was rushed when the day wasn’t even busy.
