I came in asking for a natural lash cluster set, but what I got was way too thick and not what I requested at all. I politely let the lady know I wasn't happy, and instead of offering to fix it or remove them gently, she got upset and yanked them off which actually pulled out some of my real lashes. It was painful, unprofessional, and honestly left me in shock. I was still charged $10 after that experience. I left feeling really uncomfortable and hurt, not just physically, but emotionally too. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did.

I feel like crying every time I look in the mirror. I went yesterday to get my eyebrows done and she reshaped them and spaced them far apart. I just asked for a clean up. I'm so mortified to even show my eyebrows. I won't be coming back. I feel so upset.

Awful experience, did my lashes and I hated them. Payed 7 extra dollars to remove and the lady pulled them OFF with her BARE hands . did my eyebrows too and they were way too dark .
I only liked the toe pedicure.
Will not be coming back!
