I visited Dream nails last night, 12/29/23 and the experience was nothing short of horrendous. I arrived at 4:15 pm, with only one person ahead of me. However, my wait time escalated to an unbelievable two hours.Around 45 minutes into waiting, a group of three walked in. Despite being there first, the woman doing pedicures in the back called one of the ladies from the group ahead of me. When I inquired about the delay, she claimed to only do pedicures.After an hour and a half of waiting, the same woman started doing the lady's nails from the group. the tools they attempted to use on my feet were rusted looked like old dead skin was on the nail clippers i asked the woman nicely were they cleaned she yelled at me left me soaking for over 30 minutes while she left to do an errand i just left and tipped her but they need to invest in new equipment

Worst experience ever first the lady tried to use an old wet dirty rag on my feet that she used on the previous client. So I stopped her completely from doing my feet then I tried to give her another chance and do my nails and that’s when it went completely lifted she shaped the nails horribly then shot tried to paint over bubbles she made on my nails. I would never ever recommend them to anyone
