Convenient location, nice room, my only complaint is about the amenities, there's no toiletries provided outside of towels and body wash, and there's no comforter on the bed. There was only a thin sheet and it wasn't the best to sleep with. Otherwise fairly clean, I could tell the room was cleaned before I arrived. Friendly staff!
For being in the Bronx this is the nicest hotel/motel place here. Love the tvs where were able to watch Netflix and YouTube. Most places don't have that type of access or those types of TV's. Always rooms for me and at a reasonable price.
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Opus, and I want to give a special shoutout to Nehal from the staff. Nehal was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my experience even better. The hotel itself is top-notch—clean, comfortable, and with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail and excellent service really stood out.
