Overall, a great time here. Stayed for over a week. The maids were very responsive whenever I asked for anything. Front desk was helpful when I asked for any sight-seeing advice and the hotel is located close to NYC. My only complaint is that the tiles were a bit slippery. But those cozy beds make up for it :)
