On March 24th I went to the salon and got my hair colored by Michael. Attached is a reference picture of what I wanted and what I ended up with. The process Michael put my hair through is not one that I would want anyone else to experience. Although he was nice, the outcome of my hair shows that he was not knowledgeable or honest about executing my desired request. When a client asks for something I believe the stylist should be honest about their skillset and not just execute what they think is best. I found the salon to be a great place with nice employees minus the color I ended up with. Alex Jorge and Michelle did their best to accommodate me and tried to correct the work Michael did which was appreciated.
Last photos show the color correction I had done yesterday after giving my hair sometime to rest. Thankfully after 6 hours I was able to get the desired color I wanted before my wedding.

I went yesterday to get Microblading done for 1st time. Alex came of very unprofessional asking me if my full lips was real because it looked "juicy" he was asking me where else I have tattoos because I'm full of tatts (in a flirtatious manner) he also asked to see them. This was such a painful experience because he put cuts into my eyebrows 1st then went to the ink. Barely any numbing creme. I never seen any videos like that for microblading. He never made me sign no consent form and made me lay on a bedlike thing that was clearly used before. Very unsanitary. He made hairline strokes outside the shaded area. I hate my brows. It is beyond me how a hair stylist can say “ I can’t do anything. No one here can help you with that” when asked if they can detangle hair, like one knot. Wow.

The BEST PLACE you can goes in the area. Do not hesitate call for all your beauty needs. Blondes don’t be scared! If you want the perfect blonde, this is where you must if still want hair on your head only after ! ONLY true blondes would understand this! I personally had a last-minute distress emergency and they accommodated more me more than anybody more then I would ever expect.
I am beyond grateful but more satisfied with the service and results. I would definitely not go anywhere else. The owner to the full staff they are all beyond amazing. They are truly beyond talented not just kind and make you feel at home.
Even as a blonde , platinum blonde at that , THIS is your place . A true BEAUTY ONE STOP SHOP!!! Best place around please don’t hesitate…

Came in on Saturday for a gel manicure in preparation for a friend's birthday party on Wednesday (I paid $55). By Monday, the gel on 4 nails already popped off. No paint chips, just completely fell off. Came back on Tuesday to get them fixed for the party. By next day, 2 other nails were ruined. Clearly horrible product material. I came back to get the remaining nails off because it was a horrible job and they try to charge me $15 for removal of 3 nails and a clear polish manicure. The clear polish didn't even last after washing my hands.. The quality is Not worth the price. Never going back.

Well what can I say. 5 star rating for this salon. Alex and staff are top notch and very accommodating. Clean shop . Alex and his staff are always very professional. I always leave there looking my best. Thanks Alex. Any hairdresser can give u a magnificent cut. They are all experienced and under a carefull watch of Alex the owner, so you can leave looking great
