“We lost our mother November 29th 2024. I had no idea what do, I was making calls sitting at Strong hospital on Thanksgiving day nowing that it would be within hours. Cindy was so kind and called me back and made sure that she would handle everything. She did! Kind, compassionate, understanding and most of all she truly cared. She walked us through everything. All the emails and phone calls. She was there to answer our questions or to simply help. We lost our father June 28th 2025, Seven months apart We had to do the same thing. Cindy & Amy were so wonderful . My parents did not have life insurance for one reason or another. Cindy was fair and helped in every way. The true compassion and understanding was so above anything. We knew our parents were in good hands and being cared for. I just can't say enough. Thank you so much Cindy.“
