We lost our mother November 29th 2024. I had no idea what do, I was making calls sitting at Strong hospital on Thanksgiving day nowing that it would be within hours. Cindy was so kind and called me back and made sure that she would handle everything. She did! Kind, compassionate, understanding and most of all she truly cared. She walked us through everything. All the emails and phone calls. She was there to answer our questions or to simply help. We lost our father June 28th 2025, Seven months apart We had to do the same thing. Fowler Funeral Home provides compassionate, thoughtful care during the most difficult times. Cindy has been truly wonderful to work with. In 2005, she helped us when we lost my son, and recently, she guided us again after the passing of my father. We and our loved ones were treated with the utmost dignity, respect, and compassion. Never once did we believe they were having an opportunity for a money grab from us. They tailored our needs to our finances and were professional at all times. I cannot express what a comfort it was to see Cindy, our planning representative, being the one to come pick up our loved one when I was so full of emotions. I sighed in relief knowing my loved one was in good hands. I will seek their services for myself and recommend them to all. I have experienced other funeral homes and can honestly say they do not compare to Fowler Funeral Home in Brockport, N.Y.
