“I don’t think I can speak highly enough of Simon’ First of all, I’ve been lifting heavy for over 15 years,
in my 40s now and I felt like all knots. To the point where I was in physical exhaustion daily, often crying in pain. Over weeks, we’ve been working on them and I quite literally look forward to our sessions. He is happy, positive, professional and just incredible at what he does. I am so happy to say, I can now almost fully range my shoulders and neck again. We still have more work to do but clients should understand he’s not a regular masseuse. You will hurt bc he’s working out knots and targeted areas over time. It won’t be a one and done. I’ve done PT, tried to out train my knots and it turns out, I just needed them released. “If you’re in need of physical therapy, I can’t say enough about Henry at the Reddy Care Physical and Occupational Therapy in Bayside. After years of physical therapy at various establishments with good therapists, I can honestly say that I haven’t had a physical therapist as great as Henry in a long time. Henry is patient, understanding, caring, attentive to each individual’s needs but most impressive is how he thinks on his feet in an instant. If something that worked yesterday isn’t working today, he modifies it in a blink of an eye. So you’re still getting that exercise in, just in a different way that can be tolerated.
