Based on guest reviews, AI Spa in Ridgewood, NY offers a fantastic experience. The environment is exceptionally clean, tidy, quiet, and comfortable. The aromatherapy scent is very soothing, and the massage technique is excellent. One guest fell completely asleep during the massage, calling it incredibly relaxing. Another received a very thorough and peaceful massage, walking in unable to bend their neck back and walking out with pain-free movement. A couple combo massage was very comfortable with great service and free drinks and snacks. The room is very clean. One guest found the spot on Google Maps, calling it INCREDIBLE and genuinely one of the best massages ever. The staff is lovely. The VIP program is a one-time $20 charge with $8 off all future massages. There is no parking lot, but street parking is available.
I had a really good experience here tonight. The one hour massage and one hour foot massage combo was relaxing and professional, and I felt great afterward. The place was also very clean and organized. I especially appreciated that they use fresh disposable products for each customer, which made everything feel very hygienic and comfortable. Would definitely come back again!

AI Spa is so clean and welcoming! I opted for the 45 min. neck and shoulder massage and was pleased by the service. The strength and forced were much appreciated for my more stubborn knots. I also enjoyed that I could choose a specific scent for the massage, which is not often offered. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely return!
