Based on guest reviews, AI Spa in Ridgewood, NY offers a fantastic experience. The environment is exceptionally clean, tidy, quiet, and comfortable. The aromatherapy scent is very soothing, and the massage technique is excellent. One guest fell completely asleep during the massage, calling it incredibly relaxing. Another received a very thorough and peaceful massage, walking in unable to bend their neck back and walking out with pain-free movement. A couple combo massage was very comfortable with great service and free drinks and snacks. The room is very clean. One guest found the spot on Google Maps, calling it INCREDIBLE and genuinely one of the best massages ever. The staff is lovely. The VIP program is a one-time $20 charge with $8 off all future massages. There is no parking lot, but street parking is available.
I had a 30 minute essential oil aroma back massage with Alice. It was incredible! I recently moved a lot of heavy boxes and was feeling pain and tension in my back. Alice was super thorough and experienced and I left feeling less pain and completely refreshed. She worked on each quadrant of my back with attention and care. The space is clean, calm and welcoming. We are so lucky to have this gem in Ridgewood. I will be back soon!
Decided I needed a rainy day massage and it did not disappoint! Ithe second you walked in you could smell how clean it was and how much work the owners put into the experience. highly reccommend for an affordable place!
10/10 experience everyone who works there that I’ve met are extremely professional and experienced!! Very kind and massages are incredible! Definitely focus on areas of pain and help with relief! Highly recommend
