Definitely, get there at least 15min before your scheduled time (few mins before not enough) every min you use for restroom, a sip of water or changing will be taken off your massage time (esp if pregnant everything takes more time….).
This was my second time booking with Kayla, and I cannot stress enough how amazing the one-hour full-body massage was! She takes the time to ask questions beforehand to understand which areas need more attention and applies the perfect amount of pressure throughout the entire massage.
