I have been a frequent customer of this salon for quite some time and have always been happy with the quality of the services, the atmosphere, and the kindness and professionalism of most of the staff. I also consistently tip well above 20% because I truly appreciate the work they do.
Unfortunately, my most recent visit left me feeling uncomfortable. Like many people in 2026, I don’t always carry cash or my debit card while I’m running between work and other responsibilities. Services here for mani pedi are consistently hit or miss. This nail salon is continent to my home and if I can’t get anywhere else, I go here. The mani pedi is not great all the time and they always try to upsell you.
Recently, I was desperate to get my eyebrows done and I always do threading. I saw they offered the service so thought I’d try it. I specifically asked of the person doing it was experienced, they said yes. 1.) they made me do threading right after getting my nails done, which anyone who knows threading knows you have to use your hands to help with the service.
