We recently had a frozen pipe from our septic which caused water backing up in our newly remodeled basement. Water was poring out through the ceiling. I called superior drains and Frank was at our house within 30 minutes! Within a few minutes he was able to open up the pipe and stop the leak! Frank was able to see exactly what caused the problem and how it could be fixed. I highly recommend this company!
Excellent customer service
We had sewer backup into our basement out of our washing machine pipe. When I called Superior Drain Solutions Chris answered right away. They were able to send someone out same day and only a couple hours from when I called. Randy, the service technician, was amazing. He was friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable and explained to me what the issue was and what to do if it happens again. 10/10 would use Superior Drain Solutions again and would recommend them!!
