My pump alarm came on this morning after I showered. I called Mattes and within an hour they called back. While on another job he walked me through finding and checking a few things. After several phone calls he was able to walk me through fixing the problem without ever even coming on-site. Thanks!
Our septic alarm started going off very early in the morning. I called five minutes before they opened, and within two minutes, Andrea had someone scheduled to be at our house that morning. Not only did they show up early, they ended up having to bring out two electricians to address the issue. They had us up and running, including preventive maintenance, before the afternoon was past. We just recently called again for something that ended up being user error and received the same level of service. Text message updates, quick and friendly service, and very knowledgeable. We are grateful and recommend C.Mattes Inc to everyone!
Fantastic Father-Daughters Business. Reasonable, prompt service. Carlie was positive, upbeat, hard working and knowledgeable. She found a leak issue while cleaning our septic and was 100% correct. Her father Charlie and sister Chloe handled the repair to code, very reasonably. We are grateful and look forward to working with them in the future. Honest and delightful professionals. They provide a critical service in the community and are part of what makes CNY a great place to live.
