We had an emergency blockage, and after having a local plumber come out and make even more of a mess, and not fix our problem and charge us a crazy amount of money being a Saturday, I thought of calling Charlie Mattes, The Septic Tank Service Specialist because he handles all of our grease trap needs at Lakeshore Yacht & Country Club. I called and spoke with his wife, and she gave him my message immediately. Charlie called me right back, and was here and resolved my issue in less than an hour. Our septic system had backed up on a wintery Sunday afternoon when we had a house guest from Florida, and a few more scheduled to stop by for dinner later that night. Charlie was there within a few hours and had it unclogged and moving again. He really saved us! We would highly recommend C. Mattes Inc for your septic system issues.
Charlie did a great job. Called him on a Friday afternoon, he was at my house Saturday morning at the time he said he would be. Very helpful, answered any questions I had and charged a good price. Will definitely call him again in the future.
