Varsity came through for our family back in October when our oil burner was leaking and after spending $500 with another company, it still wasn't fixed. Conner J. Came by, diagnosed the problem, set up a time to fix it, came when he said to do the work successfully, and then we had him back to do the annual tune up too because we were so happy with the service that we now wouldn't trust anyone else. He was courteous, empathetic to the situation, very knowledgeable and informed. Varsity Home Service's plumbing specialist, Johnatan, performed a repair on our Navien tankless water heater that, thankfully, turned out to be relatively minor. He quickly identified the problem and corrected it, and was a pleasure to deal with, as has been the case with all of our interactions with Varsity. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing work needed.
