I can’t say enough good things about Dunrite’s Christmas Shop! We got some gorgeous warm white lights there that are probably the best I’ve ever had. A little story - So the little controller box to the lights was sitting in a puddle of water from that heavy rain we had and they had turned off. I thought for sure they were done. I unplugged it and went to take the box out of the water. Re-plugged them in, and they turned on! ✨✨ Love the color they are like the perfect Christmas Lights. Highly recommend Dunrite for all your holiday home decor needs!
I use this company for great service on niche jobs. However, their store is out of control with prices. These are real prices: $40 for four gallons of "pool shock" sodium hypochlorite 12.5%. Ocean State Job Lot sells the same company, same strength, and same freshness on the batch code for $23. And you get $30 back after spending $100. $60 worth of Dunrite "alkalinity up" can be replaced by $16 worth of Baking soda from Walmart or Costco. It's the same chemical. Stabilizer (cya) is cheaper with shipping from online sellers. Muriatic acid is double the price of True Value, which is expensive to begin with. I was able to browse and find third party replacement parts at the same price as OEM parts. This place is out of control. Pool openings and closings are impossible to secure, obnoxious system for reserving a date. Their openings are more expensive than competitors and do not offer power vacuuming.
From meeting with the designer, to the finished product, they were wonderful to work with. Sometimes you have to just let the professionals do what they know. This company listened, told us what would work, what wouldn't and came up with a great design. Put us on their calendar, sent us shopping for pavers, ( we absolutely loved their mason, too - RMC is the name - he made a mistake, wink wink and our patio came out larger but gorg and he ate the price), and BOOM - COVID shut them down. We were next on the calendar. They kept in touch with us all during that time with updates. When they knew reopening was imminent, they said they'd risk the fine and started digging. Literally two weeks later, I had a fully functioning pool and patio!! Their employees were professional, perfectionists and friendly. The foreman was very patient explaining function to us. All of our follow up calls were answered promptly. We continue to use them for opening and closing. For us it was A POOL!! For them it was just another day at work, and they are very good at their job!!
