So grateful to Dr. Makadia and his wonderful staff at Sunrise Dental Service! Back in March, part of my molar broke off when I ate a hard candy. I was very nervous about going to the dentist as the Covid pandemic had just started exploding in NY. Well, last weekend, (after the other half of my molar cracked off), I could procrastinate no longer! The sharp edge of my broken tooth felt like a razor cutting my tongue everytime I spoke, ate, drank or swallowed. Dr. Makadia's assistant, Mona, arranged the Saturday morning appointment my schedule required, and then met me at the doorway to the practice before I could finish reading the sign outside that detailed their Covid procedures. I felt comforted and confident in all the precautions taken during my visit to maintain Covid infection control standards set by the CDC and NYSDOH. Dr. Makadia was gentle, patient, and extremely competent. Every part of my treatment plan was thoroughly explained to me. I could not be more satisfied, or pleased, with the courteous and professional care I received today at Sunrise Dental Service.
