Billy R and his team are incredibly helpful, responsive and resourceful. My HOA accidentally damaged my exterior unit, and Jen Air not only came out immediately for repair, but also went on to explain to the HOA in detail how they damaged the unit, in an effort to appropriate responsibility! We were having issues with our air conditioning system. Josh came over immediately. He is one the most competent and professional not to mention considerate and kind individual I've had the pleasure of meeting. He was meticulous in figuring out the problem and fixing it. This past week jen air Inc was hired to install a 2 zone Bosch IDS premium HVAC system with duel fuel backup with my existing boiler. . After meeting with Billy R and his foreman Will, I knew I made the right choice. They were very responsive to all my questions and completed this difficult job in only 4 days. I cannot say enough good things about Billy/Will and all the other men that worked in my house, I highly recommend Billy and his team for any HVAC work you will do in your house.
