The dr was very pleasant, greeting me with a genuine smile when I first got there. During the exam, she explained everything she was doing. Helped make me feel more comfortable. The rest of the staff there too was very nice, cordial, made me feel welcomed. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

I visited Pearle Vision in Bohemia NY recently for an eye exam and new glasses. I just want to say how wonderful my experience was. I was treated with kindness and professionalism by Associates Chris and Wendy, as well as the delightful Dr. Horrowitz. I received impeccable treatment and help in selecting my new glasses, I am so excited to receive them. The whole process from start to finish has been a pleasure. Everything was made easy for me and I left feeling great. I appreciate the personal touch and conversation while I was in the store. Great experience overall!I was hesitant to follow-through with my scheduled appointment because I recently got new insurance and my regular Ophthalmologist wasn’t part of their network. I’m not a big fan of chain-type eyeglass stores but I have to say I was really happy with the quality of my exam as well as the care and professionalism I received from the staff. I’d definitely recommend Pearl Vision in Bohemia.
