Luke was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He arrived the same day I called. After troubleshooting a few things it was determined I needed a new thermostat. He offered to drive to Home Depot to pick one up for me for no extra charge and within a few minutes everything was fixed and the electric heat was working. Price was very fair.
