It's fine for a pedicure but be prepared to wait every time. I went last week for a pedicure; it was not crowded, they told me to sit right away. They then left me soaking for a half hour before I got up and walked out (and so did the woman next to me.) I don't mind waiting, but they won't tell you there is a wait ahead of time, they just make you sit.

I don’t usually go to this nail salon but I got a gift certificate for the holidays and figured I would give it a try. The woman who greeted me was not friendly at all and I waited at least a half an hour before someone finally started my nails ( granted, I did not have an appointment). It wasn’t busy at all.The nail attendant did a nice job. The massage at the end was very short.At the end my gel manicure cost $30. I asked if I could use part of the balance of the gift certificate for a tip and was told that I could not. I've always gone to this salon for over 3 years. It's incredibly clean and well maintained. However, last night I paid $ 45 for an upgraded pedicure, which included callous remover and a 15 minute massage. I didn't feel like she was very thorough. I came home and realized I still had many calluses. In addition the 15 minute massage was nothing as I loved while being serviced by were co-workers. I was very disappointed.
