Kristy is amazing! I am so happy I found her for lymphatic massage. I was so nervous recovering from major abdominal surgery and she made me feel so comfortable! Every massage reduced my swelling and pain tremendously. I highly recommend her!
If you are looking for a Spa massage - you might want to go somewhere else. However, if what you need is a quality Sports Med / Rehab massage, then Kristy is exactly who you need. She will help you improve your range of motion after Orthopaedic injuries or surgery. If you suffer from ankle/foot pain she has the skills to decrease pain and increase mobility. Suffer from migraines….her head / neck / face work is restorative! Hip bursitis?? Call Kristy. Work a desk job and suffer from neck and shoulder pain, Kristy can work with you to decrease pain. She is amazing at what she does
I went to Kristy for a deep tissue massage and she got a very painful knot out of my back that I had been dealing with for months. I was at the point where I didn't think it would ever go away! Absolutely worth it.
