Mabel and Emily met me with so much empathy, curiosity, and knowledge — and they’re totally up to speed on everything circulating in skincare media like fungal acne, Asian skincare, TikTok trends, and more.

Emily was so sweet, funny, and informative! I told her all of my concerns - and the crazy things I’ve tried for my skin - and she was so understanding and validating. I voiced liking some of the products I already use and even the ones she hadn’t heard of she literally researched them on the spot and gave me her honest feedback. She helped me figure out what I could keep, what might not be serving me, and suggested just a few targeted additions based on my skin’s actual needs. She did NOT push me to buy products, but instead reiterated the importance of keeping the routine simple, effective, and consistent for best results. Going into the facial, my biggest concern was texture. Emily explained that a major contributor - for me - was actually dehydration. Even though she explained it, I was skeptical. However, I decided to trust her process, and I’m so glad I did — because I walked out GLOWING like a glazed donut even after she went IN on the extractions! It’s the next morning and I’m still glowing — my skin feels so good I almost don’t want to touch it. However, one of the biggest things she taught me is that consistency is key, especially when it comes to the hydration my skin needs. So instead of skipping my routine, I’m choosing to honor the results by continuing to care for my skin with the same love and intention. This glow deserves to be nourished. Note: Her attention to detail was great — especially during the dermaplaning. She was so precise and intentional and even kept the tool nearby in case she noticed a spot that needed a final pass later on. She was fully present and committed to giving my skin exactly what it needed in every moment.“

Sara’s space is calm and welcoming and she herself is warm and thorough – taking the time to sit with me before the service to understand my skin concerns and build a facial designed to address them all. The spa bed was heated and comfortable and in no time, I was fully relaxed – so much so that when the service was over, I felt like all my stress had melted away for the hour and I left with the most radiant, hydrated skin. “I discovered De Beaute salon through a Groupon for a Brazilian blowout and made my first appointment with bated breath. Redeeming online deals are always a tricky business because you never know if you'll receive the same service and reception as a full-paying customer or a regular. But here, it was a breeze. When I called over the phone, the receptionist readily accepted my redemption and scheduled me for an appointment in the not-too-distant future. De Beauté salon is easily one of the largest salons I've visited, taking up an entire multi-story building. Parking is easy with an adjoining lot and the first floor essentially functions as a receiving lobby. Here, receptionists will check you in, tell you which floor you're heading toward, and hand you a slip of paper that details the service you're receiving (to give to your service provider). I was paired with Antoine for the Brazilian blowout, and I wish I'd taken before/after pictures because wow, what a change. I'd arrived with frizzy hair that was approximating a Brillo-pad texture and frizz (thanks to a bleach job I'd recently gotten done), but after a short hour and a half in the chair, my tresses had been tamed to a silky smoothness that I hadn't felt on my head for some time. I've since washed my hair a few times, and I'm happy to report that this keratin treatment has staying power. For those sensitive to strong chemicals, note that the formula they use contains formaldehyde. I appreciated that they set up the chair by two strong fans and an open door, but my eyes still watered a bit here and there.“

“I love this place ? I have came here 3 times and the staff is always so kind to the girls! They treat their little clients with so much respect and love, the young girls working here are the best. They keep the girls occupied and I love how they try to keep conversations even with the shy kiddies. The Elsa party was fun, bring your own costumes to the character parties!! “First time going to Iera and for a color correction. She did a fantastic job & I am Very Happy with the results! A month ago I did a demi at home and it came out Very dark. I then did a color remover with no results. I was referred to Iera by a friend (bc I loved her hair) and I could not be happier. She listens carefully and was very thorough with the options.
