I have been going to Southpark Optical for years now. The front staff is always friendly and quick to have you check in. Very little wait time. I have to extensive exams and the doctor is very through, friendly, kind, compassionate and explains everything in detail. Jim is amazing and equally friendly and compassionate. He works with you to find the right glasses and contacts. I love they never pressure upsells and always make sure you are satisfied. I broke my glasses and they were able to repair them right on site which was huge bonus. Anytime I've needed an adjustment its been quick and easy. They are also very sanitary. I would highly recommend this business.

I've been a customer for 20+ years and they're simply the best—friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient. My son's glasses broke this morning and they had us in and out in 10 minutes. They were also able to save us two-thirds off the cost of a spare pair. Really appreciate them! Even though they're technically "out of network" for me, they consistently find ways for me to save money, and the frame selection is always second-to-none. (I love my Vera Wangs!)

Best eye doctor appointment I’ve ever experienced! Wonderful father son team as well as the rest of the staff! If you aren’t going there for glasses and eye care…. GO! Also the glass selection is second to none! Thank you for a pleasant experience!!!
