We had Hamburg flooring remove old flooring and install LVP on our entire first floor two years ago. After about a year I noticed the flooring was separating and there were small but noticeable gaps between the planks. I notified Hamburg flooring, they came out twice, once the installer, once the owner. They decided it was a manufacturer problem and contacted them to file a claim. Long story short I don’t know what happened with the claim but the owner said either way they were going to rip out and replace the whole thing. We recently had a kitchen backsplash and a kitchen/dining room floor installed. Deb in the office was fantastic! She had great recommendations for tile places, fantastic communication about the order status and installation dates, and was wonderful to work with. The install team was absolutely stellar! They were clean, organized, and polite. They had tons of recommendations about care and fixtures, and went through everything that was happening and what we needed to know during the process. We appreciate it and would absolutely recommend!
