My first appointment was great the staff were super helpful got me my trial contacts and fit me in for training so I didn't have to drive another 2 hours the next day for them to watch me put them in and take them out. The next week I was to come back to finalize my prescription I got sick and had some family issues ontop of it so I missed my appointment. I've been trying to get ahold of someone to reschedule for weeks! I've been on hold for more than 30 mins at a time and never am able to reach anyone to help! I always have a very good experience, staff is terrific and happy with my eyewear. However when trying to call the store, the corporate automated phone system cuts in and that is extremely frustrating and annoying. I’d give that system 2 stars. It’s not just an eyewear store but a medical facility as well. Please (remove that automated system ) let us speak to the staff and doctor at the store we call.

Lisa was great. Very helpful and patient. Only problem I had was that the selection of frames didn't seem to have exactly what I would have wanted, but that might just have been me. I guess you can only offer what manufacturers have available.
