“I always have a very good experience, staff is terrific and happy with my eyewear. However when trying to call the store, the corporate automated phone system cuts in and that is extremely frustrating and annoying. I’d give that system 2 stars. It’s not just an eyewear store but a medical facility as well. Please (remove that automated system ) let us speak to the staff and doctor at the store we call.“
