I had a GREAT experience about a year & a half ago, so when my furnace stopped working last Saturday, Monday morning his crew were at my house, reassuring me all would be taken care of swiftly! They quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate, ordered the part, and today my problem was resolved to my complete satisfaction! The gentlemen who came out were both very nice and respectful but no AC for us. Got on their schedule they came did their after winter spring check said all looked good but AC still didnt work. Came back out next day gave it a charge and top off freon. Still no AC (waited until next morning) so called to try and schedule a time where they could come diagnose the problem and never heard back. Ended up having to waste a bunch of money buying window AC units. Next year we will find someone else who works with AC who would be willing to diagnose and give an estimate for repairs so we can have our central air working again. We could not be happier with Drake's Heating & Air Conditioning. From the moment we called to request a quote Lindsay scheduled an in-home consultation with the the owner. Bill Drake conducted a thorough walk through of the house floor plan while discussing what we would like to have for mini-split units. Within a short time Bill provided us with an extremely fair quote based on technical specifications for our square footage and home design. Upon signing the contract, the Drake Team arrived to install three wall mounted mini-splits with three independent condensers.
