I was experiencing sharp lower back pain and chronic neck pain and stiffness to the point where my range of motion was about 60%. I tried a local chiropractor a few years ago and didn't notice any change. My lower back pain flared up and I decided to try another chiropractor . I found Kaizen Chiropractic and made an appointment with Dr. Tara. Dr. Tara sent me for x rays and identified the root of my lower back problem. I’ve been going to Dr Tara for a few months due to neck pain and tension headaches. After the first few visits, I felt such relief. This location has everything- masseuse, trigger point injections, stim machines…it’s a one stop shop where you can get everything taken care of. The staff is so helpful and friendly….I highly recommend!
Updated review for anyone looking for exceptional care that stands the test of time! Five stars just isn't enough. Dr. Tara, and the staff at Kaizen have changed my life. I move through my days with comfort, having the luxury of feeling pain free without the use of medicine. Even more important than finding a doctor that will successfully treat painful symptoms, is finding a doctor that takes the time to genuinely connect to her patients. Dr. Tara connects to her patients on a personal level which allows her to "paint a complete picture" of specific issues and needs.
