I came to Kaizen years ago with ongoing shoulder and neck pain and stiffness. It was my first experience with this sort of specialist so I didn't know what to expect. What I found was a warm and calming office with friendly staff, and at the center of it all was Dr. Tara, a rare type that offers expertise and relatability. From the first moment, I felt comfortable with her and confident that I was in good hands.Treatments vary - my own experience through the years has included stim, ultrasound therapy, stretching, and of course chiropractic adjustments. Dr. Tara is an amazing chiropractor. Came in with severe neck pain and scoliosis. With the adjustment and chiropractic treatment Dr. Tara helped to relieve all discomfort! She listens to all of your concerns and the office has such a relaxing vibe. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Tara is amazing! She really cares about the well being of her patients. I went to her several months ago with some serious back and hip pain. She was able to identify the source of my pain on my first visit. She is amazing at what she does! I feel better and better each week that I see her. You are definitely in great hands if you come here

Kaizen Centre For Health & Wellness, founded by Tara O'Brien, Chiropractor, provides Chiropractor & Physical Therapy services to Bellmore, Merrick, Wantagh, Seaford and neighboring Nassau County towns. Founded in 2000, the intention was to create a full service health and wellness center providing chiropractic care and physical therapy for sports injuries, back pain, sciatica and more. Dr. Tara O’Brien received her Bachelor's degree from New York University, and her Master’s degree from Queens College. She obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. She is a Board Certified Chiropractor in New York State.
