“DO NOT RECOMMEND (NOT SURE WHY FACEBOOK HAS MY REVIEW AS RECOMMENDS) Sent in my $1500 deposit july 4 to tentatively be put on their calendar as soon as my site was ready for them. Was never told the main guy Bob was about to be on family leave and they didn't have anyone lined up to replace him. Discovered that when I emailed about scheduling & got an autoreply he was out& looking for someone to take over his duties. Got a text from Heather a few days after saying she needed to familiarize herself with my project & check the calendar and she would get back to me. Good to go right? Nope that was the last time I heard from them. Emails, texts and calls go unanswered. I finally asked for a refund july 29th both in text and email. To which i got an apology email Aug 5th saying how sorry they were and my refund was processed. Emailed a few days after to thank them for refunding & asking when it was processed so i can get a timeline of when to expect it, big surprise got the autoreply of being out of office for family leave. We are now at Aug 20th & i haven't received my refund. I have filed a dispute with my bank. see my Google review for screenshots of the texts/emails“

“I called Gene to repair several faucets and toilets. He came and repaired everything in a very short time. While there, I talked to him about replacing my hot water tank which was 16 years old. He quoted me a price, arrived in a few days and installed the water tank. While there he noticed that several of the gas connections were leaking a small amount of gas. He promptly tightened all connections so that they were no longer leaking. He is very professional in his work, keeps you informed on how work is going, and is very personable.
