“I have had issues with my neck and back my entire adult life. (Let’s just say I played hard when I was young.) I found Dr. Amy about 15 years ago when the pain in my upper back and neck started effecting my everyday life. She evaluated me and then adjusted me for a few consecutive weeks, and before I knew it I had my life back. Since then she has saved me from an incredible amount of pain. My lower back will occasionally “go out” and she fixes it each and every time. I tore my rotator cuff badly enough to not be able to move it at all and she helped me then also. She has saved me from surgery more than once.
Most recently I have been seeing Dr. Amy for a very spontaneous upper neck pain. Despite the fact that I have no idea what caused it, my neck started hurting terribly. It was an excruciating, disabling pain. I wasn’t able to lift my head or even turn to look in either direction. I assumed I must’ve slept funny and that it would probably go away as quickly as it came on, but it didn’t. After a while I began to worry about losing my range of motion permanently. Dr. Amy took things slowly at first but each time I saw her my pain lessened. I’ll admit, when she adjusted me fully, it hurt a bit this time around, but only for 30 seconds and then it felt so much better. I am functional again. I continue to improve each time I see her and I am confident I will be back to normal soon.
