A family member of mine needed some work done at their house so I needed to call somebody that I could trust that would take good care of their home and be respectful and this service was amazing! next day service! first thing in the morning problem wrapped up in a few hours, house left behind spotless, very professional and courteous service. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

I don’t write many reviews, but Waylon and National Energy Group genuinely earned this one.

I made the mistake of trying to DIY a shower handle repair to fix a leak. Wrong part, bad outcome — water was shooting out of both the faucet and the handle. I shut off the main and started making calls.

Waylon picked up, FaceTimed me immediately, and tried to walk me through it himself. When he realized it was beyond a phone fix, he came out — from Long Island to Queens — and was at my door within the hour with the right parts. He resolved it cleanly and completely.

I was very pleased with the work that Waylon and his crew did when I needed my boiler replaced. I was so pleased with the work they did that I called him when my brother needed to have his boiler replaced. Another great job
