So, this time, when I needed to extend a small area of wall to wall carpeting where it did not previously exist (a super annoying task) into a wooden T threshold, I knew to call them again. Joe was quick to reply, communicative and polite, And most importantly, they did an expert job of making the patched part of carpeting look like it was always there and installing the T wood threshold beautifully too! Joe and team fit me into a busy schedule of theirs and was efficient and precise with the work as well as neat in both the work done and the set-up area and clean up, which I really appreciated.
