UPDATE: The remaining part of the project was installed this morning. I' very happy with the whole project now. This contractor offers a great selection of wood flooring. The owner Greg is personable and very helpful. His installers are skillful and efficient -- and very nice. The flooring is beautiful and a perfect match to my existing floors. The reason for my 3-star rating is because a thin transition strip (to finish the break between carpet and the flooring) -- which was quoted on and paid for -- is yet to be installed. Between December 20th and today (February 3) it was scheduled 3 or 4 times and each time there was a reason why they could not come by to install...read full review

We recently had an under-carpet installation done by Floor Company International and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and hassle-free.The team were professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They took the time to understand my needs and provided expert advice on the best undercarpet options for my home. The installation was done with great attention to detail, and the end result exceeded my expectations.

Selecting flooring to use throughout our condominium was a daunting decision. Greg Siddons helped to facilitate the decision and stayed with us during the installation and final walk-through. Greg and the installation team were caring and professional throughout the experience. We left one room undone and are going back to Floor Coverings International as soon as we can!
