I came to this hair salon since my hairdresser (Siyoung) moved to this place few years ago. I found her through my cousin's fabulous haircut and have been my hairdresser over 10+ years. I have tried short haircuts, layered cuts colored/highlights and perms. I have been complimented for so many hairstyles you have done for me. Thank you very much! Thank you for being the best hairdresser.

Tim is a talented hair stylist for men. He understands shape and modern styles. He's performed several perms on my hair as requested and they turn out flawless. He's also extremely meticulous.

I advise everyone be very careful with this place. They messed up my hair so bad and insist to charge me a lot for the mistake they make. The hair stylist is inexperienced and doesn’t know what she is doing. The front desk lady can be very rude.Services: Hair coloring

I've come here since 2016. Good, consistent haircuts with professional, polite, helpful staff in a clean shop. The one thing - appointments mean nothing. With an appointment, I've waited anywhere from 5-40 minutes for a haircut. Sometimes told that it would be 5, but it was 25 with no explanation. I've addressed the issue with them on three occasions, even changing the days/times I would go, even changing the person I would go to - but none of it mattered. I've gotten haircuts from four different people there, and they were all great. The cuts aren't the problem, they just seem to prioritize walk-in's and new customers over appointments.

I absolutely LOVE this place!! I have found my "go to" hair salon FINALLY! The owner is very professional, friendly, makes you feel comfortable and has hands of an angel! She did an amazing job with my hair and I will continue going to her. I am super grateful to her!! I have been asked for her information at least 5x already! I highly recommend her. Professional and Polite workers. I have been to other Korean Hair cut spots like Ggumizio Hairclub and Eunha Hair and often they have this rude/stuck up attitude to them as they have a lot of customers. This place when I walked in felt comfortable and they cut hair the way you want them to. I recommend this spot for sure. Only Korean hair spot out of 5 in Bayside I actually liked.

Appointments mean nothing here because they don't even know their own schedule. Let me preface with: I have been coming here for the past 7 years even after my favorite stylist, Hani left because I also like Seemon. I drive 30 mins from LI just to get my hair done. This review is not against Seemon but the management, establishment and a stylist named Joy (short hair and stationed next to Seemon). I called several days before for a 10AM appointment for myself and my daughter. I booked Seemon and asked for another stylist at the same time so my 3 year old doesn't have to wait 45 mins for me. I confirmed we would be seen at the same time which the receptionist confirmed. I walked in at 9:50 and Joy, who is supposed to cut my hair takes someone at 9:55. Baffled, I thought she would realize her mistake but no. At 10:05 she calls over the daughter offering to cut her hair as well. Seemon and the manager told Joy that I am her 10AM to which she just nods and didn't even acknowledge me. 10:15 becomes 10:30 and at this point I am livid and I asked If she forgot about me. She then responds, " You are my 11 and not my 10." I told her I specifically asked for the same time as my daughter at 10 am and confirmed multiple times. The manager repeated that I was booked for the same my daughter. She just shrugs and then at 10:45 Joy puts on a fake smile and says "my current client says she can wait so I can cut your hair quickly." I did not make an appointment and take the time for you to "quickly" cut my hair. Don't talk like you are doing me a favor. No apologies from her or management. I would only go back for Seemon but after this experience of being disrespected and treated unprofessionally, I have decided it is best to not give them my business:
