JLS Designs Architecture and Planning PC

Joseph Sultana was the architect on a building I currently live in. The property was built with multiple code violations which the current residents now need to deal with due to this architect, the contractor and the developer "cutting corners" to save themselves some money. I do not recommend this architect for any work which requires proper oversight and proper professional responsibility.

JLS Design was recommended to me by a neighbor and I am so glad I ended up going with Joe and his team. JLS was reasonably priced in comparison with the other architects I called from the area. Staff was courteous and responsive. Joe was knowledge about exactly what I needed done for the project and even gave me some insights I hadn't thought of for the design. Joe submitted the work quickly and had no problems working with my co-op board to get approval. Highly recommend.
