Could not recommend more, great across the board. Received a quote from Glenn to replace our 20+ year old condenser and air handler. We were given several options with the pros and cons of each and the estimates were incredibly reasonable. The work was done in a timely manner and the crew was very professional. We are currently a month or two post-install and everything has been perfect.
Highly recommend Glenn and his team at Excellent Air. I would give 10 stars if possible. They are knowledgeable, honest, and stand by their work. My central AC system has been freezing up after a few hours of use. I've had many other HVAC companies come sell me on low refrigerant and other stuff I needed and it never fixed the problem and they would not come back to fix the issue. I was losing hope on getting it fixed and came across Glenn from Excellent Air from a social media post. I gave them a call and William and Jonathan came to help. Glenn was a pleasure to work with: dependable and responsible. He and the team did an excellent job installing my mom’s new central unit. What meant even more to me was how he treated my elderly mom with respect and kindness.
