Could not recommend more, great across the board. Received a quote from Glenn to replace our 20+ year old condenser and air handler. We were given several options with the pros and cons of each and the estimates were incredibly reasonable. The work was done in a timely manner and the crew was very professional. We are currently a month or two post-install and everything has been perfect.

Highly recommend Glenn and his team at Excellent Air. I would give 10 stars if possible. They are knowledgeable, honest, and stand by their work. My central AC system has been freezing up after a few hours of use. I've had many other HVAC companies come sell me on low refrigerant and other stuff I needed and it never fixed the problem and they would not come back to fix the issue. I was losing hope on getting it fixed and came across Glenn from Excellent Air from a social media post. I gave them a call and William and Jonathan came to help. They reviewed the entire system including go up in the attic crawl space to inspect the air handler. They were knowledgeable and explained what they were testing and the results. And once again low refrigerant. We added more refrigerant and I did notice the house did get cooler but once again, the condenser froze up. I called them up the next day and Glenn and his team came again to do another inspection because it wasn't making sense for it to freeze again. They went up to the hot attic again and found the culprit. It was an old air filter that got sucked up in the return blocking the air flow, which predates me moving into the house over 10 years ago. The system is now running smooth and can't be more happy with the service of Glenn, William, and Jonathan at Excellent Air. I highly recommend them for your AC issues. They are honest, knowledgeable, and standby their work. You will not get better service from anywhere else! 100 stars!!

Wow Glenn from Excellent Air conditioning and heating services showed up before the time he originally said . He was very thorough . He cleaned up after himself . Explained everything he was doing and got my AC working again . Thank you for your quick response and taking care of this !!will definitely use him again !

This is the go to company in the area! Owner Glenn is super kind and extremely knowledgeable with decades of experience. He came by to give me a quote and climbed into my attic to inspect the entire apparatus including duct work. Although he couldnt end up quoting me the job I could tell from his deep knowledge that they install things the right way

My ductless split unit wouldn’t turn on. Glen scheduled my appointment for the next day. William was my technician and he quickly assessed the issue and resolved it. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I am beyond satisfied the entire process.

Glen and his team went to a unit of mine to do a check up service call. They were great to work with, on time, really took the time to go over everything. Glen also explained to the tenants on how to make some adjustments (ie moving the end table a little further away from the vent), also adjusted some dampers I didn't even know about!! Tenants are nice and cool, and I'm happy!!! I will be using them again in the future.
