“The staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND when my dog and I were in need of their help!! They got us in for an emergency visit, and although I lost my best friend, Cooper, they did everything they could to be there for me through a difficult situation. The staff even contacted me a few days later to check in on me and later sent me a sweet card. From the moment I contacted their office and spoke with Kailee to the time I checked in with her at the office, she was so welcoming and made me feel less anxious. I was then brought to the exam room and Charity, LVT, made sure that Cooper was comfortable and continuously checked on him and I throughout the appt. Dr Manikas, DVM, took the time to listen to all of my concerns regarding Cooper’s condition and made me feel better with my decision knowing that he was no longer suffering. I can’t thank you guys enough for all of your kindness and support that day for my sweet boy, Cooper! ♥️“
