Never had an issue thus far mind you I have a 3 month puppy the has been seen for 2 months to get weighed and flea medication and was treated with respect and care each time. I am grateful they were able to accept my puppy as a new patient :)

We has an emergency with my 8 year old shepard on Friday. This office is the only office that would squeeze us in. This wasn't our normal vets office but they didn't care. We got there and the friendly staff greeted us with smiles then got right at it trying to help my boy Jett. Their professionalism was outstanding. Unfortunately the news was not good and we had to put my boy down. The staff shared teary eyes with us and even hugs. Thank you so much for the care and compassion you showed my boy Jett. 5 stars all the way across the board. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

As always the staff is caring and compassionate towards the animals and their humans.. even at the end of their journey together, they show empathy and sympathy for every loss and every need.. Thank you Bath Veterinary Hospital, for helping Hanks get to the rainbow bridge peacefully and compassionately and for talking with me afterwards.. It was appreciated more than you know and the bestest boy is in a much better place now free from fear and labels?
