This Veterinary Hospital is amazing! We made a call last minute and were able to bring our Cat in to be evaluated when no one else would see her and Cornell was asking for a verbal consent to provide $500-$700 before bringing her in. She has had a rough time but this place has helped her tremendously. We are beyond grateful to have such good support and care for what we were enduring during such a difficult, scary time for us. I can't praise these people enough! Thank you for all you do!
Our 5 month old kitten stopped eating, wasn't having good bathroom breaks, not drinking, and had become lethargic.
Staff here did a thorough examination, and not only were they knowledgeable and helpful, but they cared. They followed up, remembered our kittens name, and were genuinely happy to hear that she is recovering.
Any problems that may occur in the future, I will trust Bath whole heartedly.
The staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND when my dog and I were in need of their help!! They got us in for an emergency visit, and although I lost my best friend, Cooper, they did everything they could to be there for me through a difficult situation. The staff even contacted me a few days later to check in on me and later sent me a sweet card. From the moment I contacted their office and spoke with Kailee to the time I checked in with her at the office, she was so welcoming and made me feel less anxious.
